  • We don't respond to your follow-up questions during the review window

✓ We Miss Critical Errors

  • We mark your form as "ready to submit" but the platform immediately rejects it due to an obvious error we should have caught (name/TIN mismatch, missing required fields, incorrect date format)
  • Note: We cannot guarantee platform acceptance, but we do guarantee we'll catch common rejection triggers

✓ Service Not as Described

  • You paid for W-8BEN Individual Review but received generic advice instead of a personalized checklist
  • We don't provide the "one re-review" included in your service tier

Non-Refundable Scenarios

We cannot offer refunds if:

✗ Platform Rejection for Complex Reasons

  • The platform rejects your form due to policy changes, tax treaty interpretation, or compliance issues beyond basic form errors
  • Example: "Your country is not eligible for treaty benefits" — this is a policy issue, not a form error

✗ You Don't Follow Our Recommendations

✗ Buyer's Remorse

  • You change your mind after receiving the review
  • You find free resources online after purchasing (our service saves you time and reduces risk)

✗ After 14 Days

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
  • If you successfully used our review to fix your form and get approved, you cannot request a refund weeks later
