2) Service Scope

• We provide administrative consistency review of W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E submissions.
• We flag missing fields, internal mismatches, and common portal rejection triggers.
• We do not submit forms on your behalf.
• We do not provide tax/legal advice and do not determine eligibility or treaty positions.
• No guarantees of platform acceptance.

3) What You Submit

• Only submit what's needed to complete the review.
• Do not include SSN/TIN. Redact IDs (e.g., mask middle digits).
• If you paste rejection messages, remove account IDs and sensitive identifiers.

4) Data Handling + Security

• We use your submission only to deliver the service you requested.
• Access is limited to reviewers performing your request.
• We do not sell your data.
• We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is 100% risk-free.

5) Retention + Deletion

We delete submissions within 7 days after delivery, unless you request earlier deletion.

6) Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card details.

7) Refunds + Cancellation

• If you request cancellation before review begins, refunds may be available.
• If review has started, refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on work completed.
• For platform rejections, we may offer one clarification pass when feasible (no guarantees).

8) Liability Limit

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. You remain responsible for your submission and any consequences of your decisions.

9) Disputes + Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in that jurisdiction unless required otherwise by law.
